How It Works
Invite: Ask someone — a friend, colleague, or stranger — “Would you dance with me for a minute?”
Dance: Move together for 1–5 minutes. No steps, no rules. Just be present.
Reflect: Notice how you feel. Maybe snap a photo, take a video, share the story with #DanceWithSomebody @DorkDancing, or simply carry the joy with you.
