Gift Joy. Make an Impact.

Imagine picking a song, any song, and having a group of real people dance to that song. The song can be for you, a friend, a lover, or family member. The dancing is in the name of Mental Health, and we do it once a month. That’s what we offer.

A song shoutout signals, hey I’m thinking about you, and I care about you. Enjoy this clip, it might brighten your day.

Song shoutouts make for great gifts: Happy Birthdays, Anniversaries, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Siblings Day, Valentines Day, Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Congratulations, Thinking Of You, and so much more. Life is worth celebrating.

Our mental health, and how we are doing, connects with one another. We are on a mission to overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, and loneliness. We know we can do something about it; that’s why we are out dancing in broad daylight, advocating for mental health.

Instead of living in fear, we are leaning into love, inspiring just a small drop of joy.

Luckily a small drop of joy can have an incredible rippling effect. And that’s where you come in. You can be part of this mental health movement, growing it, making a small drop each and every month.

A song shoutout makes an impact in a number of ways, here’s the rippling effect:

  1. Your shoutout gets us dancing: you are directly contributing to the mental health of dork dancers & keeping this mental health movement accessible to everyone. It’s run entirely by charitable giving. That impact is felt. You can Call us MENTAL, learn our stories here.

  2. Your shoutout cares for someone you love: you are directly contributing to the mental health of the person you are giving the gift to. This isn’t a typical gift, and yet it’s fun. Imagine opening an inbox message and seeing real people dance to your favorite song, for you!

  3. Your shoutout spreads joy: you are directly boosting the mood of other people who watch your shoutout. With your permission, we will share on social media, inspiring a larger audience. These videos sometimes even get people dancing themselves. Followers have reported our content helping with things from low moods, to bad days, and even depression.

  4. Your shoutout stands for mental health: you are directly investing in a cause, raising mental health awareness & spreading the #dorkdancing mental health movement. By being public in your support, you are destigmatizing mental health, which is one of the largest challenges in the field.

  5. Your shoutout keeps us #dorkdancing: you are keeping us motivated, accountable, and growing. To you, it might feel like a simple shoutout. For us, it’s our reason. It’s what inspires us, knowing you are with us. It’s worth spreading, but we can’t get the world #dorkdancing for mental health without you
